MaxxHolo FAQs: Understanding Holographic & Security Printing
1. WHAT IS THE ORDER PROCEDURE IF I WANTED TO PLACE AN ORDER WITH MAXXHOLO?
We are making a complete attempt to answer the most frequently asked question about hologram and tamper evident label. - 1. We will send you a quotation based on the item.
- 2. Confirmation on quotation.
- 3. Maxxholo issue an Invoice.
- 4. You need to send us your logo company.
- 5. We do artwork and will send back the finalized artwork to you for confirmation.
- 6. Client confirms on artwork and provides acknowledgement to proceed.
- 7. Payment 50% deposite and balance when hologram is ready.
- 8. Quality Control process by Maxxholo.
- 9. Deliver finished goods to client.
2. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER WITH MAXXHOLO?
To place an order, you need to send us your finalized artwork, remark and information (colour code/ material code). We will adjust/modified and advise on the artwork if anything needed to be changed. We will send back the finalized artwork for your confirmation.
3. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE A PROCESS?
The time taken for the hologram to be ready is 14 working days after confirmation on artwork.
4. HOW DO I PAY FOR CONFIRMED ORDER?
When you confirm the order, you need to bank in 50% your amount into the Maxxholo account and the balance when hologram is ready. After the transaction, we will proceed with your order.
5. WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE AFTER SUBMITTING MY ARTWORK?
We only allow changes for unconfirmed orders. Please let our staff know about the file you want to change and submit the new file that has changed to us.
6. WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT METHOD ACCEPTED BY MAXXHOLO?

7. CAN YOU MAKE SPECIAL SHAPES?
Yes, we can make special shapes to fit your logo and design.
8. HOW MAXXHOLO CAN ASSURE US THE SECURITY OF OUR HOLOGRAM?
We promise and guarantee 100% Secrecy and Security of your Holograms produced by us and take 100% Precautionary at all levels of our Business cycle.
9. HOW MUCH QUANTITY TO MAKE A HOLOGRAM?
Minimum for hologram order starts from 5000 pieces.
10. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO MAKE A HOLOGRAM?
The price depends on the quantity and size of the hologram
